As I head out this afternoon to Anaheim to Keller Williams "Family Reunion" as we call our annual Conference, I so appreciate the opportunity to get together with other professionals from around the Country. Networking, learning from the best about how to become my best, visiting the vendors to see what is new and getting fired back up about my business is so valuable to me.
I have been an independent and in franchises throughout my 21 years in business, and this is one of the biggest pluses to being in a franchise. Keller Williams, more than my experience in EXIT or Century 21, where I started, has so many opportunities to better myself through education. I am in awe of how the most successful are willing to share their secrets.
